While the news broke that Jessica Simpson's film Major Movie Star was number 1 in Russia, she was in New York attending Macy's 150th anniversary celebration at Gotham Hall. Jessica hocks her shoes, purses, and hair extensions at Macy's and can frequently be seen acting oblivious in their celeb commercials. Next month she's due to walk the red carpet at the Bulgarian premier of Major Movie Star. Now I know there is a joke to be made here, but it's too early in the morning for me to conjure it up.
